The sum of trade volume multiplied by the price divided by the cumulative trade volume for a given time period. Think of it as a dollar cost average of market participant prices for the dates that the indicator is anchored to. Here’s a good article that goes into a little more detail: https://blog.quantinsti.com/vwap-strategy/
I don't think exotics like the PLN and MXN are currencies traders seldomly trade. It's sometimes even preference due to the meagre of catalysts that affect directional bias.
We would appreciate if you could shed more light on exotics under the FX section (If you have the time of course) or share articles/letters that best surmise current economic situations in EM markets
Great commentary, as always, Brent. The chart that made me do a double-take was the one on Household Debt in the U.S. Looking at the NYFED Q2 2023 Household Debt & Credit Report, the amounts of both housing and non-housing debt have doubled since 2004, link: https://www.newyorkfed.org/microeconomics/hhdc. It's only a matter of time before those debts have to be paid down and when they are, investors will see "Winter is coming" in the form of a consumer-led recession. And, loved the link to Rage's first concert at Cal State Northridge - brought back some lovely (if hazy) memories of my college days in Claremont, CA. Keep up the great work, Brent!
"I'm either 100% right, or I'm wrong"

Great piece as always. Question: how the BTC VWAPS lines (19.8 and 24.0) are calculated?
